摘要: There are provided a heteroacene derivative having an excellent oxidation resistance and capable of forming semiconductor active phase by coating process, oxidation-resistant organic material using the same, as well thin film. [Means for Resolution] A represented formula (1) is obtained tetrametalation tetrahaloterphenyl with metalation agent subsequent treatment resulting compound reaction agents: wherein substituents R 1 to 4 same or different each represents hydrogen atom, fluorine chlorine aryl group 30 carbon atoms, alkyl 3 20 halogenated atoms; T 2 sulfur, selenium, tellurium, oxygen, phosphorus, boron, aluminum; l m integer 0 1; rings B has structure following formulae (A- ) (A-2).
