摘要: Acidic conditions limit crop production on 40 % of the world’s soils. These soils are characterized by a pH between 4.5 and 5.5, low phosphorus (P) availability, high contents aluminum (Al) manganese (Mn), soil basic cations. Edaphic acidic plant growth, mainly due to Al3+ phytotoxicity, which reduces water nutrient acquisition from severely limits root growth sensitive species. However, association symbiotic arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi with roots often modifies response acid factors through enhanced P reduced Al exposure. Several management practices implemented mitigate negative effects among lime application, fertilization, use Al-tolerant plants.
