摘要: The invention provides a method and system for recovery of file data in servers having mirrored volumes. makes use 'snapshot' feature robust (the 'WAFL File System) to rapidly determine which two or more volumes is most up-to-date, blocks the recent volume have been changed from each one systems. In preferred embodiment, among plurality volumes, determines up-to-date by examining consistency point number maintained WAFL System at volume. pairwise what are shared between that other volume, response snapshot stored common re synchronizes only those snapshot.
