摘要: A digital acoustic signal coding apparatus, a method of the signal, and recording medium for program are respectively realized. It is possible to provide in which, corresponding difference between sampling frequencies input short blocks can be suitably classified into groups without deteriorating sound quality suitability using either long/short judged. The apparatus composed calculation calculating sensation entropy an per each respective blocks; sum total obtaining frame entropy; comparison comparing absolute value sums successive two frames with previously determined threshold value; block judgment judging whether long or should used convert on basis result.
