摘要: Microelectronics have now developed to the point where radiation within terahertz frequency range can be generated and used. Here, an integrated circuit or IC is provided that includes a phased array radar system, which uses radiation. In order accomplish this, several features are employed; namely, lower signal propagated transceivers, multiplies up desired range. To overcome losses from multiplication, injection locked voltage controlled oscillator (ILVCO) used, high power amplifier (PA) then used amplify for transmission.
