摘要: Spodoptera frugiperda (J.E. Smith) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) causes significant losses in corn crops and necessitates the use of alternative control strategies, such as application bioinsecticides. We report effect methanolic leaf extracts Annona dioica, cacans, coriacea on development reproduction S. frugiperda. A quantitative analysis was carried out to determine total concentration phenolics, flavonoids, condensed tannin (CT) extracts. Corn leaves were immersed a 1% extract solution fed second instars Leaf disks dipped synthetic insecticide Connect® (Bayer CropScience Ltda) composed neonicotinoid (imidacloprid) pyrethroid (β-cyfluthrin), which are harmful frugiperda, used positive control. Distilled water negative treatment. The A. decreased larval survivorship, arrested pupal development, affected weight gain dioica also but its effects more pronounced for adult stage, fecundity, fertility, egg hatchability, embryonic severely affected. from cacans had no showed higher content flavonoids phenols, respectively. Our results indicated that both have potential botanical insecticides.
