摘要: Fluorescence in situ hybridization was applied on a collection of 609 squamous cell carcinomas the head and neck (HNSCCs),including 511 primary different clinical stage anatomical localization 98 recurrent carcinomas, second regional metastases tissue microarray. The overall prevalence amplifications five oncogenes analyzed 34.5% for CCND1, 12.7% EGFR, 8.8% MYC, 6.2% ZNF217, 3.6% ERBB2. CCND1 were associated with pharyngeal site (P < 0.001), whereas ZNF217 less frequent as compared oral laryngeal = 0.02). amplification pattern these suggests that molecular pathways are involved HNSCCs localizations.
