摘要: An acidic (Fs) and a nearly neutral (Fn) protein fraction were extracted from the chromatin of calf thymus pea seedlings. Both fractions are able to combine with protein-free DNA form complex, which, however, has lower thermal stability than DNA-histone complex. Fs Fn inhibit root initiation in similar manner as histone, actinomycin-D, streptomycin 5-bromouracil do when these substances applied regenerating epicotyls during different times after culture initiation.Oxidized thermally denaturated less untreated proteins do. Furthermore treated act more specific way on special steps development such differentiation or growth. In very inhibition regeneration is also restricted developmental by treatment small amounts (1 μg/ml) IAA, GS KI at pH≧8. With increasing acidity IAA diminishes growth, whereas preserved. The results support suggestion that may regulators DNA-activity histone does. During IAA-induced formation acts an antagonist because two specialized their action contrary manner.
