摘要: Summary It has been suggested by other investigators that the extent of neutral and acid steroid conversion human intestinal flora may be correlated with large-bowel carcinogenesis. Within a population 31 normal North Americans, we found two distinct patterns could detected gas-liquid chromatographic procedures. One pattern was characterized extensive cholesterol, little or no cholesterol. Similar were also observed for plant steroids, sitosterol campesterol. These to relatively stable over long periods time. is possible there differences in risk level colon cancer between these groups.
