摘要: The oxidation of a Ni(II) complex bearing tetradentate phosphasalen ligand, which differs from salen by the presence an iminophosphorane (PN) in place imine unit, was easily achieved addition silver salt. site this investigated with combination techniques (NMR, EPR, UV/Vis spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, magnetic measurements) as well DFT calculations. All data are agreement high-valent Ni(III) center concentrating spin density. This markedly precedents series for on metal only observed at low temperature or additional ligands anions. Therefore, thanks to good electron-donating properties [Ni(Psalen)](+) represents rare example tetracoordinated nickel phenoxide ligand.
