摘要: The oxidation of a Ni(II) complex bearing tetradentate phosphasalen ligand, which differs from salen by the presence an iminophosphorane (PN) in place imine unit, was easily achieved addition silver salt. site this investigated with combination techniques (NMR, EPR, UV/Vis spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, magnetic measurements) as well DFT calculations. All data are agreement high-valent Ni(III) center concentrating spin density. This markedly precedents series for on metal only observed at low temperature or additional ligands anions. Therefore, thanks to good electron-donating properties [Ni(Psalen)](+) represents rare example tetracoordinated nickel phenoxide ligand.
