摘要: A method for the simultaneous determination of butyl-, phenyl-, and cyclohexyltin compounds in aqueous environmental matrices is developed. The analytical procedure involves ethylation ionic organotins by sodium tetraethylborate, trace enrichment derivatized on a C 18 disk, then extraction with supercritical CO 2 . extract recovered analyzed gas chromatography-flame photometric detection without any additional cleanup step. Both fluid procedures are optimized simplex experimental design, respectively. recoveries from spiked seawater studied at two concentration levels. range 82-104% higher level (121-441 ng/L as tin) 79-115% (55% monobutyltin) lower (12.1-44.1 tin). relative standard deviations 4-8.5% 3.1-11% high low levels, successfully applied to organotin harbor river water samples
