摘要: Cytotoxic drugs have been widely used for the treatment of cancer and will continue to play a major role in chemotherapy at least throughout next decade. However, efficacy cytotoxic is still far from satisfactory many types malignant diseases as they generally lack tumor selective activity. They act not only on cells but also rapidly growing normal cells, such granulocyte progenitor bone marrow cryptic intestinal mucosa, resulting adverse events these tissues. Consequently, could be prescribed frequently long periods or dose level sufficiently high cure cancer. Bone toxicity, whcih often results opportunistic infections thus limits use particularly outpatients, most common problem with drugs. Intestinal toxicity another event drugs, when are given orally. Oral administration leads local drug concentrations predominantly sites, intestine liver, treatment-associated effects organs. In addition, oral doses general larger than parenteral ones, because orally subjected first-pass metabolic tract liver. Dose reduction spare organ would result insufficient compared that administration.
