摘要: Abstract The assessment of testicular artery blood flow by colour and pulsed-Doppler ultrasonography is an important diagnostic technique to assess vascular perfusion. Recently, it has been suggested as a good predictor sperm quality. On the other hand, through alkaline Comet Assay, possible quantify oxidative DNA damage. aim this study was evaluate relationship between routine parameters, damage in canine sperm. Testicular collection were performed on 12 male dogs, with animals being allocated into 2 groups, according classification ejaculates’ quality, normozoospermic (N; n = 7) or non-normozoospermic (OAT; n = 5).
