摘要: Abstract It is important to understand the extent of transfer explosive particles different surfaces in order better evaluate potential cross-contamination by explosives crowded security controls such as those at airports. This work investigated nine residues (ANFO, dynamite, black powder, TNT, HMTD, PETN, NH4NO3, KNO3, NaClO3) through fingerprints from one surface another. First, adhesion bare finger, nitrile and latex gloves was studied. Then, another investigated. Cotton fabric (hereinafter referred cotton) clothing material polycarbonate plastic polycarbonate) luggage were chosen for experiments. These containing imaged using a reflex camera before after transferred. Afterwards images processed MATLAB where pixels corresponding quantified. Results demonstrated that frequently occurred with certain differences among materials. Generally, amount adhered finger decreased following order: skin>latex>nitrile, while opposite. The found be compared cotton, transferred cotton higher.
