摘要: Introduction. Antioxidant compounds have countless applications in several industrial areas, and therefore, researches on this topic been strongly encouraged aiming to find new potential sources obtain such compounds. Coffee silverskin (CS, the outer casing of seed separated during beans roasting) is one main residues proceeding from coffee industry, basically unused. The purpose present study was evaluate effect different organic solvents production antioxidant extracts CS, as an alternative these industrially relevant while adding value agro-industrial residue.
