摘要: Goods are procured, produced and distributed to customers using supply chain networks (SCN) involving several facilities owned by a company, or set of collaborating companies. These engineered reengineered through strategic decisions on the number, location, capacity, mission their production–distribution facilities. Decisions selection suppliers, subcontractors, 3PLs, offers make product-markets, may also be involved.
