摘要: Plant uptake and acropetal translocation of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) is a major concern, with many uncertainties, especially when plants are exposed to coexisting PCBs metals. Studying atropisomer selectivity behavior well-proven method for identifying the biotransformation process chiral in plants. This study investigated uptake, translocation, stereoselectivity PCB95 PCB136 (3 μg/L hydroponics 200 μg/kg pot experiment) by monocot corn dicot sunflower after copper (Cu) exposure (50 μmol/L 400 mg/kg experiment). Cu led significantly increased accumulation roots enhanced their from shoots, attributed Cu-induced root damage. In absence Cu, first-eluting enantiomer second-eluting were preferentially enriched shoots both dicot, enantioselectivity was more pronounced...
