摘要: Data indicate that prevalence of specific serovars Salmonella enterica in human foodborne illness is not correlated with their feed. Given feed a suboptimal environment for S. enterica, it appears survival poultry may be an independent factor unrelated to virulence Salmonella. Additionally, appear have different host specificity and the ability cause disease those hosts also serovar dependent. These differences among related gene presence or absence expression levels genes. With better understanding specificity, mitigation methods can implemented control at preharvest postharvest levels.
