摘要: Percutaneous muscle biopsies were obtained from the vastus lateralis of physically active men (n = 12) 1) at rest, 2) immediately after an exercise bout consisting 30 maximal voluntary knee extensions constant angular velocity (3.14 rad/s), and 3) 60 s termination exercise. Creatine phosphate (CP) content was analyzed in pools freeze-dried fast-twitch (FT) slow-twitch (ST) fiber fragments, ATP, CP, creatine, lactate assayed mixed FT ST fibers. CP rest 82.7 +/- 11.2 73.1 9.5 (SD) mmol/kg dry wt fibers (P less than 0.05). After corresponding values 25.4 19.8 29.7 14.4 wt. recovery increased 0.01) to 41.3 12.6 49.6 11.7 fibers, respectively. recovery, relative initial level, higher compared with ATP decreased 0.05) rose 67.4 28.3 0.001) response It is concluded that basal also appears be a 60-s period short-term These data are consistent different metabolic profiles
