摘要: Greer, ieaty vegetables are herbaceous plants with different shapes which contain essential nutrients for growth and maintenance of the body. The study was conducted to identify nutrient compositions some leafy vegetables; Ayoyo (Corchorus olitorius L. /, Bra (.Hibiscus sabdariffa var. sabdariffa), Cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz) leaves, Cowpea (Ugna unguiculaiaj Bitter leaf (Vernonia amygdalina Del) Pumpkin (Cucurbita maxima Duch. ex Lam. leaves among indigenous green commonly grown consumed in three northern regions Ghana. Samples were taken at two andfour weeks after germination. results ofthe samples showed appreciable levels moisture, orotein, fat,fibre ash. There however, variations stages taken.
