摘要: Preparation of the sample is vital importance before undertaking complex separation and purification procedures. A suitable pretreatment can save much time effort in subsequent steps make isolation considerably easier. Whether probe biological origin with contaminating proteins, or from industrial processes contains residual catalyst, a plant source interfering matrix elements, simple preliminary step often useful to remove most undesired material.
