摘要: Abstract A series of carbon-doped MoO3–TiO2 (CMT) material were prepared by sol–gel method. The catalyst has been characterized means X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR). natural wood plant Acacia arabica used as a source for carbon substrate. effect variation wt.% doping was successfully evaluated the preparation quinoxalines condensation benzil 1,2-diamine under ultra-sonication in EtOH:water (3:1). merits present investigation are extremely short reaction times, mild conditions, excellent yield, simple workup environmentally benign process.
