摘要: Substituted homo-isoflavonoids were synthesized in order to study their vitro anti-picornavirus activity. The maximum non-toxic concentration of the compounds for susceptible cells (HeLa) was determined, and ability non-cytotoxic concentrations interfere with plaque formation by human rhinovirus (HRV) 1B 14 poliovirus (PV) 2 examined. All tested weakly effective against PV-2, while they exhibited a variable degree activity HRV-1B -14 infection. Serotype much more sensitive than action compounds, presence one or chlorine atoms increased antiviral effect all tested, confirming positive influence this substituent on
