摘要: Pain researchers and clinicians alike are often troubled by a lack of correspondence between non-verbal behavior patients' self-reports level pain. This paper discusses some the variables which can effect relationship these measures. In addition, reports on reliability nurses' observations pain their inferences about intensity patient's general, though have adequate reliability, such modest, significant. Discrepancies observers' ratings greater in chronic sample (N = 37) than an acute 34). Theoretical implications results discussed.
