摘要: Abstract In recent years a number of new nanotechnology based platforms have been developed for detection wide variety targets including infectious agents, protein biomarkers, nucleic acids, drugs, and cancer cells. Nanomaterials such as magnetic nanoparticles, quantum dots, carbon nanotubes, nanowires, nanosensors like giant magnetoresistance (GMR) sensors are used to quantitatively detect biomolecules with, experimentally, relatively good accuracy. There has growing interest in the use fields biosensing applications. Because biological samples no ferromagnetic property therefore there is interference with complex sample matrix, agents from minimally processed possible. Here, we provide brief overview emergence nanotechnology-based techniques monitoring foodborne diseases. addition, potential applications future perspectives on food safety discussed. Ultimately, review expected stimulate directions development application tests early detection, eventual control
