摘要: Abstract Hilbert spectroscopy is based on a frequency-selective detection of electromagnetic radiation by Josephson junction described the resistively shunted (RSJ) model. The YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7− x grain-boundary junctions fabricated NdGaO bicrystals were found to be close RSJ General-purpose spectrometers developed and characterized using voltage-biased low-resistance junctions. spectral bandwidth was shown several frequency decades for any temperature between 48 85 K. A total from 6 GHz 2.5 THz has been covered one at different temperatures. resolving power f /δ three orders in terahertz range. dynamic range intensities five orders.
