摘要: Neurospora crassa has been the model filamentous fungus for study of many fundamental cellular mechanisms transport and metabolism. The recently completed genome sequence N. over 10,000 genes without significant matches a large number (41 %) in databases, indeed presents challenges new discoveries. Using transporter database BLAST searches total 65 open reading frames putative cation have identified crassa. These were further confirmed by characteristic features family like transmembrane domains (TOPPRED 2), conserved motifs (Clustal W) phylogenetic analysis (TREETOP). In constitute nearly 18.3% membrane systems, which is higher than E. coli (8.8%), S. cerevisiae (13.7%), pombe (17.2%), A.fumigatus (10.1%), A. thaliana (16.8%) H. sapiens (15.6%). We refer to complete complement metal ion as "Metal Transportome". There are 33 transporters alkali alkaline earth metals constituting 18 calcium (P-ATPase, VIC, CaCA, Midi), 7 sodium CPA1, CPA2), 4 potassium (Trk, KUP), magnesium (MIT). Transition account 32 including zinc (ZIP), 6 copper (Ctr2, Ctrl), 2 each manganese (Nramp), iron (OFeT), arsenite (ArsAB, ACR3) other ions (ABC P-ATPase) I nickel (NiCoT) chromate (CHR). linkage groups LGI harbors 21 contrast LGVII only 2. Studies on transportomes different organisms will help unravel role homeostasis.
