Giant Resistivity Anomaly on the Superconducting Transition in TaSe3

摘要: A giant resistivity which depended on the current density, J , was observed within superconducting transition region of TaSe 3 by measuring dc at extremely low . It is suggested that has close relations with phase itself rather than other phases such as charge-density-waves or spin-density-waves.
