摘要: Abstract eview This study is mainly aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of current health care systems several representative countries and improving that US. To achieve these goals, a people-oriented non-linear evaluation model isdesigned. It comprises one major metric four minor metrics. The constituted by combining possible factors most significantly determine or affect life expectancy people in this country. metrics evaluate less important aspects are subordinate to one. authors rank some world according detect problems them with help ones. concluded system Sweden scores higher than US China’s lower Especially, lags behind little bit compared its economic power. At last, it reasonable for American government optimize arrangement funding base on result goal programming model.
