摘要: Three basic kinds of questions occupy those who study children’s rights from a philosophical perspective. First, what moral standing do children have: Do they, like some animals, merely elicit duties on the part others, or they have interests sort that generate rights? Second, if rights, have? In particular, distinctive set perhaps changing over time as develop? Or are born with, acquire, same adults? And third, would entirely different model relationship between and adults make more sense than these two? For example, it be better to think in terms parental accountability, cultivation harmonious parent–child relationships, an organic community?
