Unusual Traumatic Midthoracic Spondyloptosis and its Surgical Management: Case Report

摘要: Posttraumatic spondyloptosis develops as a result of complete subluxation the vertebral bodies and causes transection spinal cord. Severe trauma-related upper-mid thoracic region is rare form trauma. Traumatic midthoracic quite rare, radiology plays an important role in diagnosis treatment this condition. Surgical reconstruction stabilization are required for early mobilization rehabilitation patients with injury. Here, we report clinical features, radiographic findings, management unusual case traumatic that showed cord was operated.
