摘要: Abstract Oxygen adsorption and absorption at high positive potentials have been investigated. Reconstruction of the surface layer accompanying formation P(03 E, > 1.7 V has shown to be first step in growth platinum phase oxide via oxygen penetration into (oxygen absorption). The possibility dissolution bulk strongly depends on state crystal lattice layer.
