摘要: Pericallosal artery aneurysms comprise 5% of all intracranial saccular and are usually small. Giant cerebral mostly occur in major arteries. To date, 12 cases giant pericallosal aneurysm have been reported the literature. An unusual thrombosed is here. A 65-year-old female presented with headache personality changes. Computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, angiography revealed a right-sided aneurysm. The patient was operated via an anterior interhemispheric approach neck successfully clipped. postoperative period uneventful. This rare lesion one few literature which neuroradiologic neuropathologic evaluation completely performed
