摘要: Improvement in functional status, long-term survival, and quality of life has always been the goal therapy patients with heart failure reduced ejection fraction. Neurohormonal modulating medications help achieve these goals and, a subgroup patients, can promote “reverse remodeling” resulting recovery left ventricular systolic function. In era durable mechanical support, myocardial that leads to explantation assist device occurs minority cases. Optimal medical appears be key component achieving recovery, more likely shorter duration non-ischemic etiology. However, little is known about future management who attain either or without support. This review explores epidemiology, physiology, cellular biology, outcomes for this outlines areas study.
