摘要: In June 2008, a surveillance study for metals in honeybees was performed the Netherlands. Randomly, 150 apiaries were selected. each apiary, five colonies sampled. Per hive samples pooled. The apiary sample analysed Al, As, Ba, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Li, Mn, Mo, Ni, Sb, Se, Sn, Sr, Ti, V and Zn. All could be detected all apiaries. Sn part of overall picture showed regional pattern. east Netherlands, Se Ti are found higher concentrations compared to west. In-region variation demonstrated, indicating local effects. vicinity mapped afterwards characterised as land uses >50 % agricultural area, wooded urban area mixed use within circle 28 km2 around apiary. results indicated that located areas, significantly Zn agricultural, areas. We conclude (1) ratio between metal varies per region, demonstrating spatial differences, (2) there is in-region metal. indicate impact on honeybees. For qualitative bioindication studies, regional, effects should taken into account.
