摘要: Plug-in electric vehicles (PEVs), as a major component of Smart Grid technologies, can achieve high energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, spur high-technology innovation, and ensure reliable supply. An ever-increasing number PEVs will radically change the traditional views power transportation industries, social environment, business world. The electrification brings both opportunities challenges to existing critical infrastructures. This book chapter takes position that successful rollout depends highly on affordability, availability, quality associated services nation’s infrastructures provide (e.g., PEV charging facility at parking lot). There is an urgent need accelerate design, development, deployment cost-effective, reliable, customer-friendly presents comprehensive overview planning, control, management aspects lots in environment.
