摘要: An arm exercising device is provided having an adjustable to different lengths accommodate forearms of and attached a bearing-supported lateral rod which has upright portion at the other end. Springs or tension devices are one end and, end, bar with respect base. In variation, can be re-positioned 180 degrees from its initial position, thereby permitting use for right left arms. further refinement, safety stops limit movement arm, preventing it passing position.
