摘要: We present a new application, SpRay, designed for the visual exploration of gene expression data. It is based on an extension and adaption parallel coordinates to support large high-dimensional datasets. In particular, we investigate analysis data as generated by micro-array experiments; combine refined with statistical methods analytics approach that proved be particularly successful in this application domain. will demonstrate usefulness several multidimensional datasets from different bioinformatics applications.
