摘要: The pharmacodynamics aspects of homeopathic remedies are appraised by laboratory studies on the biological effects at various levels (cellular, molecular and systemic). major question is how these medicines may work in body. possible answers concern identification targets, means drug–receptor interactions, mechanisms signal transmission amplification, models inversion according to traditional ‘simile’ rule. These problems handled two experimental theoretical lines, doses or dilutions considered (low-medium versus high dilutions). Homeopathic formulations low-medium dilutions, containing molecules range ultra-low doses, exploit extreme sensitivity systems exogenous endogenous signals. Their interpreted framework hormesis theories paradoxical pharmacology. hypotheses regarding action highly diluted/dynamized solutions (beyond Avogadro–Loschmidt limit) variously invoke bioelectromagnetic information, participation water chains signalling, regulation bifurcation points systemic networks. High-dilution pharmacology emerging as a pioneering subject domain nanomedicine providing greater plausibility puzzling claims homeopathy.
