摘要: Marine and aquaculture industries are important sectors of the food production global trade. Unfortunately, fish industry is challenged with a plethora infectious pathogens. The freshwater marine communities rapidly incorporating novel most up to date techniques for detection, characterization treatment strategies. Rapid detection diseases in preventing large disease outbreaks. One hundred forty-six articles including reviews papers were analyzed their conclusions evaluated present paper. This allowed us describe recent development research regarding control aquatic environment as well promising avenues that may result beneficial developments. For diseases, traditional sequencing histological based methods have been augmented transcriptional proteomic studies. Recent studies demonstrated approaches using qPCR often synergistic expression rely on proteomic-based better understand pathogen-host interactions. Preventative therapies prophylactics such vaccination protein antigens or attenuated viruses not always feasible therefore, small nucleotide medicine horizon. Of those, RNAi CRISPR/Cas- show great promise combating various types caused by viral parasitic agents effect medicine. In our modern times, when has become so vital feed economic stability, even extreme alternative strategies use molecules invasive species populations should be considered.
