摘要: Monodisperse and uniform ZnO microspheres were synthesized via an ultrasound irradiation method. The microstructure morphology of the as-prepared sample characterized by x-ray powder diffraction, Fourier transformation infrared spectra scanning electron microscopy. results indicate that size was strongly affected Zn(NO3)2·6H2O. As amount precursor increased, diameters can be turned from ∼500 nm to ∼2 μm. electrical properties varistors ceramics prepared as-obtained powders investigated. show made with a sintered in air at 1150°C for 2 h possess density 5.50 g/cm3 corresponding 95.1% theoretical density, breakdown voltage 280.9 V/mm nonlinear coefficient ∼61.3.
