摘要: Ca2+ plays an important role in the regulation of several activities different trypanosomatids. These parasites possess a transport system endoplasmic reticulum (ER) involved homeostasis, which has been reported to be insensitive thapsigargin, classical inhibitor sarcoplasmic–ER adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) (SERCA) most eukaryotic cells. However, currently there is controversy regarding existence thapsigargin-sensitive ER store these parasites. Therefore, we decided explore effect this using methodological approaches. First, selected Trypanosoma evansi as parasite model warrant homogeneity population because only single life cycle, i.e., bloodstream-form trypomastigotes.
