摘要: Experiments were performed to determine the diurnal variation of, as well influence of total darkness on, tonic accommodation. In general, under both conditions trend analysis showed that variations in accommodation over time either nonsystematic nature or could be best described by a simple linear function. Given relatively small range mean values (0.5 1.1 D), results demonstrate robustness and stability naturally occurring viewing during course day. contrast, 2-hr period darkness, exhibited three-fold increase (0.6 2.5 D) significant increasing some subjects, suggesting less absence visual stimuli.
