摘要: Order picking operation has become the key technical breakthrough with development of distribution center. In this paper, taking into account wide range applications, scattered system center is chosen as research object, one turnover box corresponding to packaging in system. We attempted maximize space utilization by designing task assignment model. developed a Clark-Wright heuristic algorithm solve model on premise ensuring efficiency, and introduce an actual case do some experimental analysis. The results show that can be promoted greatly through optimization. Therefore we verified feasibility validity eventually.
