摘要: In this paper, we propose that the “anomalous” optical response exhibited by GaP and InP infiltrated opals is due to peculiar morphology shown these materials when grown within pores. order account for their response, a new structural model consisting of network high dielectric spheres located in pores bare opal, interconnected cylinders same material. A fair agreement between theoretical predictions using experimental measurements has been found. We also show inverse structure presents very interesting properties.
