摘要: H es una nina de X meses edad. Al nacer fue diagnosticada gastrosquisis severa. Fue sometida a reseccion intestinal casi completa en las primeras 24 horas vida y desde entonces ingresada varias ocasiones la unidad cuidados intensivos neonatal siendo terapia intensiva con multiples complicaciones. Los problemas eticos que rodean al caso clinico han sido diversos hora tomar decisiones torno su tratamiento sus cuidados. El marco bioetica clinica intenta dar respuesta esos conflictos abordando, por ejemplo, situaciones obstinacion terapeutica o relacion competencias asistenciales los recursos distintos niveles sanitarios. Se presenta este el objetivo promover deliberacion moral ambito medicina neonatal, cada dia mayor complejidad punto vista etico.
