摘要: This chapter will review specific applications of microarray technology and related data analysis strategies in antibacterial research development. We present examples spanning the entire antibiotics development pipeline, from target discovery, assay development, pharmacological evaluation, to compound safety studies. emphasizes utility microarrays for a systematic evaluation novel chemistry as antibiotic agents.
