摘要: Restriction enzyme maps were made of the region around exons 1 and 2 activated c-Ki-ras a fibrosarcoma (1,8-DNP2) induced in rat by 1,8-dinitropyrene. Nucleotide sequence analysis revealed that shows G----T transversion codon 12 consequently encodes cysteine instead glycine normal c-Ki-ras.
