摘要: Objectives. We provided vaccination coverage estimates for 181 counties; evaluated the extent to which Healthy People 2010 (HP 2010) objectives were achieved; and examined how variations in those depend on access care economic conditions. Methods. analyzed data 24,031 children aged 19 35 months sampled from 2004 2005 National Immunization Survey. Results. Children living counties represented 49% of all 19- 35-month-old U.S. None had polio, measles-mumps-rubella, Haemophilus influenzae type B, hepatitis B vaccines that was significantly lower than HP objective 90% coverage. However, as many 30.4% did not achieve diphtheria, tetanus toxoids, acellular pertussis or diphtheria toxoids (DtaP/DTP), 6.6% goal varicella (VAR). If who received three doses DTaP/DTP a final fourth dose, if one dose VAR, would have achieved target 80% entire 4:3:1:3:3:1 series. Factors found be associated with low county-level rates correlates poverty, factors high pediatric services. Conclusions. goals can by improving only two vaccines. Those may most efficiently targeting interventions where indices poverty are services is low.
