Family Planning Programs: Quality of Care

摘要: The concept ‘quality of care’ has been an important and widely accepted dimension family planning programs for the past decade. This article reviews progress made in field during this period. ‘Quality’ refers to manner which clients are treated by system providing services. Despite its acceptability, hindered a limited number studies documenting effects improved quality, misperception high cost, lack indicators measure monitor quality. process improve quality is discussed.
